1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS), Site Safety Management Plan (WHSMP), or online educational course from swms.info, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Perpetual Commercial License Grant

Upon receipt of payment, SWMS.info grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide commercial license to customize, edit, brand, print, and implement the purchased safety documentation across all internal projects and worksites operated by the purchasing entity. Resale or unauthorized redistribution of our raw template files to third parties as generic templates is strictly prohibited.

3. Statutory Duties of the Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU)

While all SWMS.info templates are drafted by certified WHS Lead Auditors to align strictly with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011/2024 (s291 & s309) and OSHA 1926/1910 standards, the PCBU / employer retains the statutory duty to review, verify site-specific applicability, and conduct on-site worker briefings prior to starting high-risk construction work.

4. Online Courses & Verifiable Digital Certificates

Learners who achieve a passing mark (80%+) on course assessments are awarded a unique, verifiable digital Certificate of Completion. SWMS.info maintains a public verification registry for all issued certificates.
